The way Sherwood has transformed The Villa is reminiscent of SGT's first reign.
If this continues into next season I think he should be given a Knighthood (as with Graham Taylor & Brian Little).
It is outstanding the way that he has got the same players (that Lambert had) playing so much better.
It won't happen but he should be up for Manager of the Season.
I feel proud of my club again  :D

I'm not sure if i'd be sticking Timothy in the same bracket as Sir Graham just yet.

Things turn out the way we want them to in the league and on May 30th he'll be very close to Saunders.

Keeping us up and then actually making this year "our year"?  Instant sainthood.

Perhaps Timinho is a republican and would therefore not want his reputation besmirched by a knighthood.

It'd be fantastic, but let's be serious here - Ron Saunders, over the space of eight years, took us from the Second Division to the European Cup quarter finals via a league championship and two league cups. I prefer the FA Cup to the League Cup too, but it's objectively no harder to win than the League Cup is. Therefore, Sherwood would be more like Brian Little than Ron Saunders, which is no small thing!

Tim Bought Our Villa Back
Tim bought nothing. That's the point ;)

I agree entirely.

"Thank you Tim for giving us our Villa back #fightlikelions" or some such.
Can't believe I've even adopted this #hashtag thing, but it does seem to unify/crystallise the zeitgeist.
