Are we happy with 60% Tim then and if so why
Love his positivity, passion and honest comments.
God our club has been held back by the last 3 progressively worse managers.
We are alive again.

I totally agree. We will lose some games, but love the act we will be going into games to try to win

As an employee I would rather work for Sherwood than Houllier, McLeish or Lambert. I would rather go for a pint with him than the others too. None of them could be described as 'bubbly' could they?

TSM, TSM2 and TS. We are becoming like Albion and their Ronnie, Ron, Ronnie, Ron, Johnny, Nobby, Ron, Ron run.

Two two Ronnies were actually the same Ronnie and the Ron in between the two Ronnies that were the same Ronnie was the same Ron as the last Ron. The Ron's immediately before and after Giles and Stiles were different Rons.

I was all for sherwood being appointed before Lambert was sacked.  He's said a few daft things.  But there is no doubt whatsoever in my mind we would have been relegated if lambert had stayed.  He hasn't just bought in manager bounce.  He's bought in some tactical know how and basically got these players believing in themselves and each other.  And that it's okay to score a goal.  Look at that attacking line up today.  That told me he was saying 'we are going to win this, we're your problem.'  Imagine today under lambert. Dour defensive crap designed to achieve a 0-0.  We've still got a hell of a battle but he's given us a chance.

Lambert went out not to lose a game and failed miserably, Sherwood sets up his team to win the game. Have to say I was surprised with his selection today, but he knew Sunderland were in the doldrums and went for the jugular. The players have obviously taken his attitude on board and are loving it. We have possibly the best old style centre forward in the league yet we played negative football
benteke's second was remeniscent of a Big Cyrille header
Reminded me of Andy Lochhead!

Reminded me of Andy Gray.

Only small things but like others have said the subbing of  Clark because of his pending suspension and the bringing on of Rushian later in the game were all signs of good management,
It's easy to look good when your 4 up but you've got to get there first, and don't forget he lost his first two games so it's not been all plain sailing

really impressive stuff from timmytime so far, it's great when someone exceeds your initial expectations

A pity the decision to sack Lambert didn't come sooner. Results over December such as the defeats to West Brom and Swansea away, where a bit of attacking intent would have yeilded 4-6 points. The games at home to Sunderland and Palace, the defeats to Leicester and Hull. We could have been 10 or 12 points better off and in upper mid-table.

And if Sherwood had been around longer, I'm sure our results against Stoke and Newcastle would have been better.

I can't deny I was hugely disappointed when Sherwood was appointed but TSM3 (Tim Sherwood, Manager) has made a very promising start.  Just simple changes like getting players to do the basics (pass and move), and remembering that the point of football is to get it forward and score some goals, is a massive improvement on Lambert.  The players look like they are enjoying their football again.  They looked in constant fear under Mumbling Boy.  He may just have enough time and nous to prove he's the get out of jail card the dithering Lerner and Fox scarcely deserve.

Predicting ,hoping and wishing that Sherwood will be saviour and a Legendary Manager for us !

Not because he is a brilliant Manager, but because he is a brilliant Manager compared to his predecessors !

Whatever way we look at it he's come in in a difficult situation and he's completely turned around the feeling at the club. He's also made Gabby look like a player I thought he'd never be again. He's done an excellent job so far.

TSM3. Very good.

Well with hindsight maybe not - wouldn't want to bracket him with the dour and negative connotations associated with the other two bearers of that acronym.   Perhaps it will be third time lucky though.
