All this blubbering and whinging on an Internet forum is going to make f&ck all difference to anything. The fans have had plenty of opportunities to make a visual and vocal difference over the last few months but even the organised 'protest' was an embarrassing dismal failure.

We are where we deserve to be because we have lamely accepted this shit with a stiff upper lip.

It's too late now. He may as well see out the inevitable

I think the only thing we will get from Lerner this week is another Cryptic message.

Positive - no Curtis Davies to score the inevitable goal against his former team
Negative - debut striker to score the inevitable goal on his first appearance

Correct. Oh - and an assist, too.

Sherwood in by the weekend is our only hope. Goodbye premier league.

That would be nice

No league games for a while.  Perfect timing to get a new manager.

The only reason Lerner could have considered allowing Lambert to spend £5m on R.Lambert is to save us from the financial cost of relegation. Therefore he now needs to use that £5m to get rid of P.Lambert!

The only way to make a change would be a mass boycott, but Villa fans will never be organised enough to make it happen

Is an impossible thing to organise and therefore there's no point even considering it. I am afraid the fans will start to speak in the only way they can which will be to drift away from the club, one by one. This will do us far more harm, but at the end of the day its a pastime and over the last few years its been an expensive exercise for repeated misery.

he should have gone after sheff utd

He should have gone after Bradford.

2 legs, piss pan opposition, tactically outwitted. Not a single thing has changed since then, he's slow to adapt, dull, uninspiring, can't motivate the team and generally a bit thick.
