cheeky 2-1, Benteke getting back in the mood with both; Sinclair and Gil looking good in the process.

Can't be many away teams with a better record there than us in the league, W3 D2 L3.

And in both the 2 drawn games we were leading until they equalised late on.

And in our last defeat there they won it five minutes from time.

That's a bit unfair on our lot. Having 22 players to mark out of the game!

Big John Deehan!

For this game I would drop Benteke and play Agbonlahor and Weimann up front. Two reasons. Gabby tends to play very well against Arsenal and Mertesacker is slow on the turn. Their defence is not good against pace and Gabby still has short bursts that could be of help.

Apart from that Benteke isn't doing much for the cause at the moment and being dropped might fire him up again.

Sanchez injured!!!!!!

http://allarsenal.com/2015/01/news/wenger-reveals-alexis-sanchez-injury-blow-ahead-of-aston-villa-clash/?

That's very good news if true. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed watching a player as much as him.

3-0 Villa. Quick fire stuff in a performance that people will scratch their heads over as to where it’s been hiding.

Arsenal is a ground that doesn't hold any fear for me, or the Villa it seems given our record. Arsenal always give you a chance with the way they play and one win at Man City doesn't alter the fact that they're mentally weak with a soft underbelly. The Emirates is quite possibly the least intimidating ground in the league.

First goal is key, Weimann will get it.

Talking of big, do you remember Alan Sunderland's big hair!?

2-0 to them sadly I fear, though Sanchez out is good news. A result here would do us all such a lot of good so I am hoping and praying

If the Arse injury list is accurate, I think we can get a point.

We'll lose.  Pick any number between 1 and 4 for them, none for us.

Gabby recalled scores two and is hailed as the greatest player of his generation.

Where's the "like" button?
