Bradford, Blackburn or Reading at home or Preston away. When was the last time Villa played away to Preston?

1973/4 I believe. Drew 0-0 in the second division.

The BBC have invited a supporter of all the teams still involved to the One Show and I've been asked to represent Villa. The idea is that I shake hands with the representative of our next opponents and present them with a commemorative pennant. When I picked up the pennant from Villa Park this evening I pointed out that I might need 2 but they hadn't thought of that.
Even before I read this thread I was going to say, if asked, that I wanted Bradford at home. It seems that several of you agree.

A Championship side beginning with "B" at home and a sunday 3 o'clock kick-off, please.
It's worked so far.

I fancy United to win it. I had West Ham as (very) dark horses but the way the weekend has gone they are clear fourth favourites.

Arsenal 11/4
United  10/3
Liverpool 11/2
West Ham 8/1
Stoke 20/1

Albion are anything between 16/1 - 20/1, Palace and Villa anything between 20/1 -25/1.

After todays results I have a nice roll up going on to Stoke tomorrow night.

Last time in The Cup was the 3rd round in 1966/7. It was the first ever away game our Dad took us and we won 1-0.
