Twitbert's got his novel out again.

Probably reading the Beano for tactical advice.

The truly depressing thing is that for the best part of several years now we have had this sort of utter, utter rubbish, week in, week out, regardless of the opposition, yet the chairman thinks it is OK.

This season is especially worrying as we now have this goalscoring problem.

I'm lost in translation. Which is the proper word to define our performance with a team that was supposed to be inferior?
Dreadful? Awful? Atrocius?

Fucking Predictable.

Did Bacuna sign a one match deal to play for Bournemouth....he hasn't done one positive contribution to villa today.

How long has it been since we've scored now?

Few boos there.  Can't blame them.  Being outplayed here.  Still at least it's 0-0.  Last minute Benteke would suit me down the ground.

I odn't know if I am more shock by the Delph news or the fact Ian Harte is still playing. Will wonders ever cease

Harte was in the Leeds team that got quite far in the Champions League in the early 00's...I think the team we beat en route to the FA cup final too. Seems a lifetime ago.

He has made a career from brilliant set piece balls, as we may sadly learn to our cost later. Just waiting to hear 'Sanchez gives away the free kick on the edge of the D. Harte lines it up...'

There's nothing going forwards. No shots on target I think. We try to build it slowly but there's no invention. 0-0.

Bacuna-what does he ever actually do? A shocking player

This x1000

A couple of nice free kicks aside, he is a fourth division player. Zero quality

Only saw the last 20 mins but we looked pretty terrible. You'd think we were a league below them not a league above.

Welp, 45 minutes in and it's looking like keeping my money in my pocket and watching on a (not so) dodgy stream was he right decision.  It is really not looking good for my season ticket renewal :( #FactoryOfSadness

Nothing to be positive about. Why can't Lambert disappear? This insistence on giving Hutton the ball and watching him charge up the touchline is embarrassing. Terrible to watch. Richardson? Cleverley? Weimann? Bacuna? They're woeful. Benteke, get your fucking finger out you lazy sod, do something, make something happen.

Crap so far. Booooooooooooooooooooo
