From the BBC website

"In round three, Sheffield United won at QPR, Rochdale beat Nottingham Forest, Preston saw off Norwich and Aston Villa scored a goal."

THIS Mr Lambert if what you have brought this great club to. On the back of it others are posting the shock of round 4 will be Villa beating Bournemouth. Just do the decent thing - please!

Are we though? Whose laughing at us?

We're just incredibly boring at the moment.

I can't  believe the negative comments on this thread. Ffs we're  playing Bournemouth, not Barcelona. Other teams fans reading this thread must be pi55ing themselves  laughing.

They're shit at the back. 2-0 Villa win and another home draw in the 5th round and only 180 minutes from Wem-ber-ley (should be 180 minutes from Old Trafford, but there we are).

Why are we a laughing stock? We're not calamatous enough to be a circus club like Newcastle can be, we don't concede many goals, so we're not getting humped out of sight every week. We're just mind numbingly dull and its not even novel for other sides to go "look at what's happened to Villa" because we've been in this position for four years now.

Ads, we have scored 11 league goals and we're close to the end of January.

I know, we're boring as feck. It would be hilarious to some if we'd scored 11 and were rock bottom, but there are still four or five sides below us, who must be really, really shit, to be below a side who has only scored 11.

We are a laughing stock.  Everyone knows about our inability to score and if you haven't had at least one person give you a snide comment about it then you're doing well.

We have to re-think this...If we are doing the possession stuff we need to have more wing backs. I'd go for this line-up to see what happens and fuck it thanks to Lambert I don't care about the Cup. Winning league games is the only important thing right now. So...

                            Guzan

            Okore         Clark         Baker

Bacuna                                                  Cissokho

                             Sanchez

                 Gil                               Delph

                      Benteke        Weimann

That looks like it might work well away from home.

No. You've dropped one of the few candidates for player of the season and to what end? A solid back four and wingers are required. Please apply within.

I've decided to go down for this and bought tickets online just now. Can I pop to the ticket office tomorrow and get the actual paper tickets so I don't have to mess about on Sunday?
