With our amazing record of dispatching lower league opposition, sprit in the camp and confidence running through our forward players. I suspect this will be a resounding 0-1 defeat

I refuse to go into a game against bloody Bournemouth believing in anything other than a Villa win.

I think i'm right that this is the first time we've played them in a cup competition?

The only previous meetings I can think of are the Div 3 league games in 70/71 and Div 2 in 87/88.

They'd sold 378 tickets for tonight. It's a long way in fairness.

And it's Tuesday.
I don't like Tuesdays.
They clearly hate it more than anything else in the world.

And they'll be saving their pocket money for Sunday.

Bournemouth forum.

They took 624 to Rotherham on Saturday too. They'll be a lot of painted faces, jester hats and half and half scarfs amongst their away crowd and about 600 wondering where the other 90% of the day trippers will be at Wigan a few weeks later.
