Baker & Benteke missed easy chances that Aston Villa simply cannot afford to miss.

Gil was superb. He just looks so comfortable on the ball. Reminded me of Benteke's debut in the sense that everyone who was there knew we had a player on our hands.

Lambert's greatest apparent interest is in covering his own arse. Excuses are his speciality. If we get relegated there will be reasons why it's not his fault.

How he didn't start I have no idea.

With this goal scoring record, we are fast becoming a laughing stock.

We are humiliatingly bad. Playing OK for ten minutes against a truly mediocre Liverpool side is nothing like good enough.

I saw the back page of The Sun today. They referred to us as Aston Nilla.

Darren Bent would have scored from 1 of the goalmouth scrambles today. The fact he's not here and we have no striking options is pure incompetence .

The Darren Bent who was the reason Derby lost today? Turn it in.

He only had 14 mins on the pitch .
Point is lambert has left us with fuck all striking options , we didn't have a single striker on the bench today

Darren Bent's like Adam Sandler: how much shit does he need to produce before everyone gives up on him? (Adam Sandler was good in Punch Drunk Love, and it makes me angry.)

Watched the game whilst at my Nephew's birthday party on Danish TV.

Why was your nephew's birthday party on TV? Is he famous?

I'm not too sure what a midfield of four center midfielders was going to achieve. Once Weimann and the new lad came on, it looked much better. We were still poor though.
