watching Tranmere vs Swansea. Donacien has done ok. Surprised to hear that Swansea hadn't scored more than a goal in the past 6 games and for most of the first half looked every bit like us. Pretty much all of the ball and nothing else in the final third. They've also actual given away the most points this season from leading situations this season. Then once the first went in it looked pretty easy for them. Hoping that it is like that for us tomorrow and that Blackpool provide us with the right platform to get a few of our boys rolling again.

I think we'll have a strong team out. Lambert wouldn't dare risk losing this one.

I think i'd go...

                     Guzan

Hutton Clark Okore Cissokho

          Cleverley Sanchez

N'Zogbia         Cole       Grealish

                    Benteke

I'd play Lowton. I'd also be tempted to give Sanchez a rest.

REST.... Are you serious? This is an FA Cup tie. Not rest time!

Not all first choices perhaps...
Lambert's bound to rest a few - Okore, Sanchez...and give a start to Grealish, Bacuna...even N'Zogbia. Benteke to start too imo...he needs match practice and to find the net.

He better not. I am in Lower Witton End and will chase him into the changing room if he did.

Yes. We know he often looks fucked towards the end of games. If we don't have another player good enough to face a truly shit Blackpool we may as well pack up and go home.

I would have well but thinking about it, there's no other fit center midfielders to put in his place.

Yes Sanchez is a very dangerous player, for us, in the last 15 minutes!

Richardson, Herd or Gardner I suppose. If none are good enough to play against a side that is then we are fucked.

Good call Clampy, re: Cole.

Forget he was still with us!

Think Okore will be rested and back 4 reshuffled...Lowton coming in.

Depending on how his back is doing he may rest Clark.

Has he come out with any quotes about how "we could do without the Cup" this year?

Are we on for a sub 20k crowd too?
