Quite simply, this represents the club's only remaining chance of providing the fans with some excitement (of the enjoyable kind) for the remainder of the season. That club is a shambles top to bottom. We've got to be winning this. Lambert can't get away with dropping another bollock in the cup again. I don't think there's a club in the league in quite the mess that Blackpool are.

Completely agree about publishing his phone number being completely out of order.

Just thought it was an interesting insight into the workings of an owner who really has no interest in the club or the fans and runs the thing as a personal indulgence.

We can (with could reason on a number of points) criticise the way the club is run as a sporting institution at the moment, but I'd rather we endured another 5 or 10 years of this tedium, than Randy sell out to the first chancer that offers more than a roll of used fivers just to get rid.

Anyway, didn't mean to hijack another thread on the merits of change at the top.

The flippant (and my original answer) was 0-0.

Having thought about it I'll go for an eye wateringly poor performance in a 2-0 win. We'll huff and puff our way to a  scrappy goal at the end of each half.
