They've marked Benteke out the game and thus nullified all of our attacking threat. They can afford to have 2 players on him as the rest of our attackers are so dire.

So every body knew as soon as they saw NZ on the team sheet what his contribution would be.
Except the manager of course.

I realise how this might sound, but it may not be the worst thing in the world if Sunderland scored. If nothing else it would make us actually have to have a go at them.

It would, I wouldn't back us to score 2 against anyone.

If I collected a load of woodlice from my garden in a box and forced them to reconstruct this game, it would be two hundred billion times more exciting than this.

Hutton would be more dangerous in N'zogbias role

Fair point.

We've entered a strange time-space paradox. We're all fart and no shit, and yet, at the same time, were completely shit. And utterly wank.

One for Professor Hawking to chew on.

Is there more wasted pass in European football today than the ball played to Charles N'Zogbia?

Yes. He's worse than Djemba, and almost as bad as Djemba.

For me he's the player who represents Lambert the most. Goes round and round in circles and accomplishes the sum of fuck all. A waste of time.

Tell me about it, but you just know Lambo is seeing the same things we do and thinking, "Cracking little player".
