Since ditching Sky years ago I miss the darts more than the football.

If I watch now I'll be too engrossed. The atmosphere is second to none.

I think I'd miss American football more than football on Sky.

The darts is good, although it doesn't hot up until after Christmas and into January.

There are 2, although the beebs one is in name only as the standard is miles away from the PDC.

It is quite remarkable that a game/sport like darts can have such a Hollywood style story.

Bloke with a remarkable shaped head has just beaten the "Bronzed Adonis".

But still lost.

Meanwhile Huybrechts is starting to rattle Taylor.

But still lost.

It's really engrossing, and the wife hates it. Which is why her being heavily pregnant and v. tired works well for the later matches of the evening.

I'd like Bunting to win and then say how easy it is in the PDC and go back to the BDO. Which obviously won't happen.

He does try too hard either whole dressing up thing.

Don't blame him. Certain players are pretty much guaranteed to get in the Premier League. If you have something to make you stand out, such as ridiculous outfits and haircut, you have a better chance of getting invited.

Plus he's giving his missus' hairdressing business free advertising.

I don't really dislike any darts players except for Sex Pest Taylor, Martin "Chickeny" Adams and Juszzzzzzzztin Pipe.
