It was a clear red card, in my opinion. Diving in, studs up, foot over the ball, he was pretty much airborne.

I think that was a definite red. It looked horrible. Had he connected properly it would have looked worse. Two footed. Pretty high.
Up until that point the game had been quite tame, almost like a pre-season game.
I'll take a draw now.
