Steve Clarke. New Assistant Manager this week?
« on: December 08, 2014, 10:14:58 AM »
I've seen this on a few sites this morning. Anyone know if there is any truth in this and if so, what are the thoughts on it? Personally i'd be pleased with the appointment.

On Facebook fan pages. Can't put the links on as i'm using the work PC and it's blocked by Websense.

I think he would be a decent appointment. Maybe Lambert was unable to convince Pep when he visited Bayern last week?

By all accounts he's a very good coach, which is something we've needed for some time

What does TBAR say?

Three of them are in favour, the other two online didn't comment.

I'd be really happy with this. I always though t West Brom looked organised under him, and it was only went they were unable to hold onto Lukaku that they lacked a cutting-edge.

Hopefully there is a something to this rumour. A very highly respected coach by all accounts.
