He shouldn't be waving his arm around to give him the option but it was very soft. And if the linesman saw the shunting his head away then how did he not see the head in the first place?

Don't tell me Spurs are now entitled to any decisions they like against us as well?

It's either nothing for both or a red for both. Why is an act of mild violence better or worse depending on the totally arbitrary question of whether 'hands were raised'? You might as well ask which one looked meaner.
