Just when you think Lerner cant make any more bad decisions he prematurely ejaculates and offers him a four year contract on the back of 4 decent results. Are we still for sale?

4 goals in 8 games is piss poor. Time for them to step up against QPR now.

See also: 7 games, total of 11 shots on target, of which 4 came in one match (Hull).

That's horrific.

Add on the tail end of last season and it's even worse.

Wasn't exoecting another 3-0 to be honest. Starting to look like the back end of last season when we were consistently losing easily. Creativity problem just hasn't been addressed has it? Getting Joe Cole in seemed ridiculous then and still does.

It goes way, way beyond a lack of creativity. We could have Xavi and Iniesta playing for us and we wouldn't get out of our own half. It's negative tactics which McLeish would be getting battered for. I'm tired of seeing it. I really am.

Was always going to be a tough game but no excuses for that piss poor performance. Need to wake up fast or we are gunna be deep trouble
Every game is tough, the league is tough, it's expected to be tough.

I wonder if Roy Keane is about to throw in the towel and suddenly leave the club. I dont see how a winner like he is could put up with a half hearted performance like that. The initial effect may be wearing off.

Back to the lambert default position. 1 goal in last 6. The only way is down with Delph missing and vlaar coasting to a January transfer.

At least its Lambert's last year of his contract. Oh shit...

Everton today was identical to last season in that a few weeks prior we played so well at Anfield only to lie down and take it at Goodison. I just don't get it. I'm sure Lambert will be proud of the effort though.

How long before he loses the fans again? I honestly think he has 180mins. 2 more defeats and that start to the season will be forgotten.

Thats the most depressing thing. We were less than a season away from getting rid of him then in an instant it's 4 more years. Moyes is making noises that he's ready to return to management too.

I think we are at the point where the whole club, players , fans, staff, everything needs a big lift. That points to a new high calibre manager unfortunately it's not happening any day soon.

To think we rewarded Lambert with a 4 year deal in the summer. The mind boggles.
It's clear his only remit is to keep us in the Premier League.

Trouble is the club are not acknowledging there is a problem.

The QPR game is must win, because the following three are all quite difficult. We'll roll over against Spurs as per normal. West Ham look better this season than last and Southampton look pretty tasty.
