I guess the choice in midfield is either to bring sanchez in and let cleverley do the attacking thing

Or bring Weimann (or maybe cole though i wouldn't) in?

Richardson's distribution is rubbish.

I don't know what he offers the team.
Versatility, but I'm not sure he's a first 11 player. That said given our injuries there's no option but to play him every game.

He's first team under Lambert. What versatility. He's not great defensively and doesn't really get involved in attacks.
