Perhaps you might have been taken a bit more seriously if you hadn't followed up your "opinion" with a justification of "because I think it should," when asked what you intend to do about it indicated that you want someone else to do the work and finally came out with some idiocy about anyone who disagreed with you getting upset.

The only reason you gave for that they should've been recognised, is that you thought they should.

You haven't told the club your thoughts on this matter. Not even sending an email which I guess would've taken far less time than all the posts you've made on the issue added to the time spent copying and pasting a definition of the word "troll" from the internet.

You are vaguely suggesting that the club have behaved improperly but seem uninterested, or unable to prove otherwise, when I suggest that 99% of clubs behave the same way.

To summarise: why should the club have recognised the four individuals mentioned with some sort of memorial, if virtually no other club has done likewise, and no fans have told them to do it?

I'm not sure why having an opinion is only worth it's weight if you are going to back it up with direct action. We can't all be amfy.

I said "and seem a bit pissed off that there isn't". There is a difference. You could of course have said you weren't, like most people would have. Quite how that equates to being "worked up" i'm not too sure.

I don't think anyone's getting worked up; I'm certainly not. I'm just looking for a reason beyond "because I say so" and a sign of some form of desire rather than one man sitting behind a computer complaining that somebody, anybody hasn't done exactly what he wants even though he has repeatedly said that he can't be bothered to do it himself.

Why should Villa lower ticket prices if no other club has? Why should Villa have standing areas in the Prem if no other club has? Why should Villa honour our 4 founders if no other club has? Why would an opinion about villa have to take into consideration what other people of other clubs think before expressing it? It's Villa's birthday. Enjoy and celebrate the day 4 great gentleman bestowed this club upon us rather than looking to argue and spoil their big day. Chillax man, chillax.
