Our midfield 3 look quite balanced for once.

As long as it doesn't turn into a mauling.

Amusingly, Rooney has been sent off.

Suppose it's taken them longer than they expected.

Good goal. Game over. That's just a bit too much class there. Unfortunately coming after our best spell in the game.

That's that then.

At least we only have to play them once more this season and the result could well be different then.

Just as we were starting to get into the game a bit.

Unambitious crap, Villa. Really awful set piece deliveries from Westwood, the most recent corner and the free kick just before their second. Disappointing and predictable tactics from Lambert.

TC has looked good today. He's looking the part. I look forward to seeing him play in November when he's got a better chance of stamping authority on the game.

The simple, and very depressing, fact is that Chavski are a far better side than we are. That and this game coming on the back off the virus I suppose we haven't done too bad. Better than a lot of us thought we would. I just hope we don't do a collapse now.

Should have been 3 apparently. I hate listening on the radio rather than watching on a dodgy stream

Westwood has played some awful set pieces. Why not let Cleverley take some?
