I don't get why Clark is being so heavily criticised today. He may have left Wellbeck for the 2nd ? I'll have to watch MoTD in the morning. Someone who was at the game - please explain ?

The 3-0 scoreline flattered them in the first half, but the second was unacceptable. I hate the way Lambert's teams give up so much possession, it just isn't good enough. We barely touched the ball second half. We're Aston Villa not Burnley.

It didn't take you long to get your first moan of the season in.

Oh stop being so precious.

It's a forum. If you're going to post, expect a reply.

Yes it's a forum, and apparently all views are welcome. Not just positive posts.

And like I said, expected to be challenged on them.

Welcome back to the site.

Shame you couldn't have been around more for the last couple of weeks, it's been quite cheerful.

What's so controversial about what I posted?

I don't think you posted anything controversial.

I was just offering a friendly welcome back as I'd not seen you posting much on this part of the site since, ooh - probably the Leyton Orient game.

he's suggesting maybe when there are known mitigating circumstances that in large part explains our performance today that you ease up on your normal level of criticism. Nobody is happy with losing.

Jesus it's like a bloody tag team. All I said is that I can't stand Lambert's tactic of giving up possesion and I get pounced on.

And you accused me of being a troll to suit your argument.
