Great Villa Beards.
« on: September 14, 2014, 10:31:30 AM »
Over the years we've had some great beards at the Villa.
Dennis Mortimer and Trevor Hockey had excellent facial growths and now we have Nathan Bakers growth along with Roy Keane's.
Paul Lambert has some catching up to do.
So who's your favourite Villa beardie?
For me it's Trevor Hockey, with his massive beard and mad hair he looked like the Wild Man Of Borneo.

Melberg had a lovely beard at times.

I don't think it's a coincidence that our upturn in results has coincided with an upturn in beards.

Beards are awesome.

Beards meh. We need to to go back to the John Devey look - hair neatly slicked back and a full, manly 'tache.

The odd thing about Malcolm Beard was that he didn't have one.

I'm not a fan of Nathan Baker's stupid hipster hair and beard.  I bet he goes out wearing a bow tie as well.

I like it, in a Taylor swift sort of way.

The odd thing about Malcolm Beard was that he didn't have one.

In their heyday the only member of ZZ Top who didn't have a beard was Frank Beard.

A lad at our school back in the day was named Barry Beard, which was ironic really since he had barely started puberty by the time we left.

Mortimer for legendary status. Mellberg for bushiness. Pretty sure Luna had one at start of last season. We had the two 'taches in BFR's era, Rico and Shaun Teale Man of Steel.

Just as long as Nathan doesn't end up looking like Brian Wilson (the baseball player, not the Beach Boy)
