Our defending was so resolute I never even got nervous we'd lose it in the last ten minutes. It's the difference having men rather than boys in our defence.

No idea. Ask the ITK experts elsewhere.

Excellent result. We defended really well, although I wish we'd try and attack a bit more.

The Liverpool wankfest is a joke. Even the bbc stream is so biased. Makes me sick.
Incredible start for us though. Wouldn't bet against a win next week either

Song of the Baker by the Small Faces is the new orange dot.Thank me later.

Plus it is a great song by The Greatest Band Ever (as they should be known). Thanks.

Actually, a song by a band whose other material was covered by The Greatest Band Ever.

We'll have to agree to disagree, but I'm right. The Small Faces are so far ahead of the competition that the second Greatest Band Ever is probably their tribute act.

The Small Faces had no impact on The Greatest Football Club Ever.
I demand a intetnet poll to see if we should be running out to it at home.

Is a shot off the post classed as on or off target ?

Probably depends on where the ball goes after hitting the post.

I don't see what any of this bickering has to do with The Smiths?

The Liverpool wankfest is a joke. Even the bbc stream is so biased. Makes me sick.

Really?

Quote
Aston Villa have more points (10) than shots on target (six) this season. Talk about efficient.

Quote
Some glum faces and shaking of heads in the home crowd as Liverpool suffer their second league defeat of the season.

Complete contrast in the away end, though, as Aston Villa fans belt out celebratory chants. A great away performance and one that continues a fine start to the season for Paul Lambert's side.

They move on to 10 points, and are second in the standings behind Chelsea.

Quote
Nathan Baker has been hugely impressive for Aston Villa today

Quote
The visitors have hardly threatened in the second half but they lead 1-0 so they don't really need to. More importantly, led by Philippe Senderos at the back, they have defended superbly

Which bits of the BBC stream do you see as 'biased'? Biased towards whom?

A shot that hits the woodwork is deemed off target.

Well no one can say we haven't played anyone yet now.

But can we do it on a cold night in Stoke... oh wait.

Yeah but its whether we can beat the lesser teams that matter.. oh wait.

First good team though that will be the real test.. oh wait.

Happy days.

I don't think we had much choice, mate.
