I'm loving these Villa players like Hutton and Baker ramming our words
Back down our throats and proving most of us wrong, me especially

I am always happy for a player to prove me a total nob by having a great match - long may it continue
My heart said we would win this - my head said a draw

I'm not a fan of Baker (or haven't been), but I thought he was superb today.  How many free kicks did he give away (I can't remember one)?

Song of the Baker by the Small Faces is the new orange dot.Thank me later.

Plus it is a great song by The Greatest Band Ever (as they should be known). Thanks.

Actually, a song by a band whose other material was covered by The Greatest Band Ever.

We'll have to agree to disagree, but I'm right. The Small Faces are so far ahead of the competition that the second Greatest Band Ever is probably their tribute act.

Swiss phil did a number on Mario today, very risky but it worked. No appetite for the game after.

Went for a run. Got back, we were 1-0 up. Went for a walk. Got back, we'd won 1-0!  Come on Match of the Day!

Baker man of the match?!

Do the same for the Arsenal, everyone do the same  ;)

After what I said about Baker before the game I'm having a huge slice of humble pie for tea.

Last season we were negative and terrible at defending. This year, we're by and large defensive but we are good at it. And we're not a violent or thuggish team, nor do we boof - we counter with passes along the floor and try to make the most of space. It's a consistent style which we're executing very well so far.

I couldn't watch the last 10,
kept on putting it on pause then fast forwarding it,
I'm 52 years old and act like I did when I was 13 when it comes to football, (obviously I never had fast forwarding when I was 13)

I am still in shock. I mean, Liverpool are a really good team and we just snuffed out the game once we were ahead.

Wow.

Nathan Baker, I eat my words.
Well played young man.

Agree, he and Senderos were very impressive, as were the rest of the defence.
Saying that, though, this was a very impressive team performance.
For all their possession Brad only had one proper shot to save.

Bloody magic, Villa. Senderos is like a man possessed. I can't believe I doubted him.
Brilliant!
