Also, really happy with 7 out of 9 points. Can see us on 7 points come October.

I like to think we'll spring a few surprises.

Tom Ince did nothing to justify all the publicity he gets. Most overrated player since Wilshire.

If his name was Tom Smith he'd be playing in the lower reaches of The Championship or in League One

He was excellent in the Championship, so I don't think that is the case really.

Looked better going forward today than in the first two games. Should have had at least two more goals; early on when Fab shot instead of squaring to Zog for a tap in and near the end when Bent should have sealed it.

Not impressed by Sanchez in the second half but hopefully he'll settle down.

Jack looked good again but he's gonna need shins of steel if he has to take that abuse every game.

Good to see Gabby looking up for it again, at least for the first half. Lambert seemed to signal that it was an injury that brought him off.

As well as taking the goal well, Andi's all round game was better. Some nice linking play and even long cross field passes to switch the direction of attack.

Clattenberg should have gone up to the Hull captain after the second foul on Grealish and warned him the next intentional foul on Grealish would be a red. Pathetic really that PL players resorted to that against a kid

He did, Dawson was called over after one of the assaults.

Him and Westwood are essentially the same player, so I don't think he is going to look too effective when paired with him.

I thought the worst Hull player today was Huddlestone. No doubt he'll hit an inch perfect 60 yard pass next week and people will be saying he should be in the england squad.

Delph has more to his game than Thudd.

What had Grealish done to them? 4 or 5 different Hull players really went for him causing bad fouls that could've done him some serious damage. No need for it.

The right back hacked Jack down within a minute of him coming on. Maybe each individual foul wasn't that bad but the Ref should have dealt more firmly with the obvious pattern and red carded the third bloke.

Just home from the game.   First half excellent second half too sloppy.   Made it hard on ourselves. Sanchez disappointed me probably due to rustiness and not being up to EPL speed.   Clattenberg is an arse.   So many clearly incorrect calls and so wimpish about Grealish being hunted down.

Huddlestone hit a corner straight out and then kicked the ball into touch whilst in loads of space and then was subbed. Most amusing.

Bugger me Brian, you don't hang about if your "Location" is as you say!

Agreed on Clattenberg - I thought he wimped out of a few decisions and running to get the ball for a Hull throw-in was hilarious!

7 points from 3 games, without Benteke or Kozak, is a pretty good return in anyone's book. Having some decent players has made a difference. Who'd have thought it?

Pressurise Huddlestone and his lack of mobility is badly exposed. Delph has outplayed him the few times we have played them. Didnt think Delph was all that today mind.

Livermore was completely anonymous until the last quarter. 8m for him seems mental money too.

Their best player was that Brady that came on late. He almost changed the game in their favour.

I suppose that's what can happen when you're allowed to make a bunch of substitutions.
