A brick facade seems next to impossible looking how it's been built and with it being built over the road.
The only solution seems to be replacing the glass/metal with something a bit more aesthetically pleasing and maybe have the claret and gold paint to the top and bottom rows of the brickwork:

That doesn't seem too difficult.
