Your right.  I am based in Brighton most of the year, and actually there are a few Villa supporters I have come across since moving there.  Most other people who notice my Villa shirt seem to be fine with me, except a couple of idoits I bumped into the day we were thrashed by Southampton a couple of years ago (and this was before the result) who mocked me for no good reason, so I pretty much blanked them.  That showed them!

I reckon we will be far more comfortable than we have been in the last three seasons come the end of season.

In today's Observer (and apologies if this has been quoted elsewhere) fans of the PL clubs predict their final position. No one thinks his club will finish lower than 16th (and this includes Burnley 16, QPR 15, Leicester 13, Swansea 11, West Brom 15, Palace11 and Sunderland 10) apart from our man, who has us down at 18th.

It will be the case again of relying on 3 other teams being worse than us. Burnley, Boggies and ?? QPR may struggle, they have money but fat good it did them last time and 'arry is looking past it. Newcastle nose dived the 2nd half of last season, they could be in there.....Sunderland, West Ham, Liecester and Soton?

I think Leicester and Southampton will struggle too. Villa can do something positive in the next few weeks by buying/loaning the right couple of players. The problem is, I don't have any faith in Paul Lambert to do that.
