In point seven of the code, chairmen are effectively barred from criticising club officials, even on their own personal social media pages.
It reads: “You will not partake in any abusive conversations towards anyone associated with the Club in any public forum."

It looks like a bit of both, and as with everything like this it depends how the regulations are interpreted. I can understand why the Villa would say tickets can't be passed on - that's the rules even though realistically they are never applied. But there's a bit of difference between this QuoteIn point seven of the code, chairmen are effectively barred from criticising club officials, even on their own personal social media pages.and thisQuoteIt reads: “You will not partake in any abusive conversations towards anyone associated with the Club in any public forum."You can be critical without being abusive.

It depends what they consider abusive. Is constructive criticism classed as abusive?
It is simply an attempt to prevent ticket touting, which is against the law.
Genuine question but this is from Doogan:QuoteIt is simply an attempt to prevent ticket touting, which is against the law.How does that square up with what Viagogo do?
