Africa are surely the home of the best names. In addition to Naughty Boys, you can also find Golf Leopards FC, King Faisal Babies and (my own favourite) Botswana Meat Commission FC.

Botswana Meat Commission has always been my favourite. Love it.

I think you've found the best one but I rather like Police Machine FC

Shouldn't this have stayed stickified until after the Women's World Cup Final ?

Yup.

I've returned it from whence it came.

I haven't watched any of the WWC until now

Germany seem to be a lot better than us?

Yes. Actually though England are playing relatively well so far this game. They really are massive underdogs versus germany so half time to 0-0 should be counted as one of those "moral victories" we specialize in. Still very much Germany's game to lose though, there is a huge quality gap.

edit: Oh boy Germany just took it up a few gears. Great save by our keeper there though.

Chile win the Copa America on penalties.  Wanted it so much more, well deserved.

Botswana Meat Commission FC are a cut above the rest in their league. A very lean joint that roasts most of the opposition every Sunday.

I must say this has been a very disappointing tournament with far too many bland results and key matches being decided on pens. Messi fails once again and misses another chance to join the ultimate greats of this game. Argentina for their talent do end up playing some complete tripe in important games.

I've watched quite a bit of the spli..women's world cup, and keepers aside the quality is very good.

But whilst I've enjoyed the determination of the England team, they've looked technically inferior to every opponent they've faced.

I think that's why so many people got behind them. A team of characters and they gave their all.

On another note, the German woman with the helmet! Even the ladies German team has to have a really horrible player.

I think you've just summed up English sports in general
