I've just watched MOTD.

Fuck me what a pile of shite, mawkish fuckin' nonsense topped off with Wilshere winning goal of the season. Motson's hysterical commentary was just shameful. Almost screaming for Arsena'ls goals and utterly flat when Sandwell scored.

I like Bob Mortimer and Stephen Fry.

Norwich are twats though. Another Villa-hating team in the top flight to add to the bitter pyjama-wearers in Sandwell and the wife-beating horse-punchers.

Well done to Alex Neil. I guess his first season in England and he nails it to Premier League.

Bob Mortimer is a Boro supporter and I really like him.
Stephen Fry is a Norwich supporter and I really cannot stand him.

I am the opposite on those two. What was that recent Reeves and Mortimer sitcom? It was horrible. Fry, on the other hand, made a few very decent documentaries about AIDS, bipolar disorder and the USA.

Stephen Fry is a living legend. Bob Mortimer is one half of an unfunny double act.

Two Pints of Lager. That's all I've got to say regarding any comments you make regarding anything comedy related.

Middlesbrough is a hideous, depressing shit hole to be avoided at all costs, but there are also some very nice, well to do towns and villages up there.

When they were last in the Premier League most of their players and management lived in Harrogate.

Middlesbrough is my most hated town I've ever visited, I've been to loads of matches and gigs there and each time there has been violence or the threat of violence, it's a horrible place and the smog and smells from the chemical plants only add to the glamour of the place.

They used to be referred to as the Smogmonsters on here. Not to mention Villabrough.

Someone once told me that Harrogate had the highest percentages of millionaires outside of London. No idea if it's true, but having been to Harrogate, it doesn't seem far fetched.

Old spa town with historic accumulated wealth , status and a legacy of lovely buildings. Not my cup of tea personally but nice all the same.

Would have rather Boro came up today.

Norwich seemed to stay bitter for quite a while after Lambert came to us, and I'm not sure I agree with their fans on the phone-ins that they are 'back where they belong', they've spent well over half their history outside the top flight.

I can believe that, there is some serious wealth in this town. Our biggest regret is not leaving the town before the kids started school, they're settled in a great school but bloody hell the people in this town are an odd bunch and for all it's very nice it's a dull place to live in.

I'm pleased its Norwich. My mate lives there so the annual weekender is back on the agenda. Middlesbrough also happens to be the worst town in the country so I can live without going there any time soon.
