Weird seeing Messi with one of those trendy full arm tattoos. Wish he hadn't done that. I sound like his mum. I don't like tattoos, everybody seems to have one these days, there was a time when you knew which ofyour mates had been in prison, borstal or the navy but now I don't know my primary school teachers from somebody who has tried to do a murder.

Interesting to read on the Decent Footballers thread, a link posted by Peter W re an article outlining Cristiano Ronaldo's list of charitable deeds.  He states that he doesn't have tattoo's as, he donates blood twice a year and doesn't wish to run the risk of cross-contamination of the blood due to any irregularities in the inking.

I think it's more a case that Ronaldo is scared of needles.

I didn't think he had a problem with pricks?

No Cristiano doesn't have a problem with pricks and he particularly likes the one in his mirror!

I was asked how many tattoos I had, not whether I had a tattoo by a friend. When I told her I didn't have one and have never liked them she said "I thought you were a punk when you were younger." I'm still trying to work that one out.

There was a dedicated Tattoo thread a year or two ago.  I'll try and find it.
Maybe it got removed.

I can't let this pass without offering a hearty clappy thing.

Is it remotely possible that she was after a glimpse of the famous Jameson torso? I am getting too old to notice when people are hitting on me, to be fair.

Anybody desperate enough to hit on me needs to be given a wide berth to be honest.

Asked a Baggies' fan at work who they're playing this weekend and he said "Monday night, against Chelsea".

Are Sky on a mission to show the most pointless games at the moment?

Chelsea v Liverpool = 2 teams with nothing to play for
Arsenal v Swansea = 2 teams with nothing to play for
West Brom v Chelsea - 2 teams with nothing to play for

Be interesting to see how they sell the final games of the season, top four already decided and every chance bottom three places. The race for 14th?

The graphic I've seen them use recently says "The Run In"

Damon is probably in the pub waiting for you right now, dressed in his best Age of Chance gear. He's bloody keen that lad.
