We are deep in the mire again.

We are the same number of points from the bottom 3 as we were this morning.
Phew, I was panicking for no reason then  ;)

Liverpool are utter shit

Rodgers should be sacked for buying Balotelli along with spending 40mil plus on Lovren and Lanana

Liverpool actually look a bit like Lambert's Villa tonight - one paced, no width, no movement, no ideas.

It's a bit disturbing to see that as it stands at the moment, should Leicester and Sunderland both win the game in hand they have on us, we'd be in the relegation places.

We have absolutely got to win a couple of games. We can't rely on other people, as we're seeing tonight.

Look at it logically as PWS correctly pointed out.

I'm starting to think we're doomed.  I just can't see us surviving this time.

PWS is right, but it's worth noting that, whilst we might be the same number of points from the drop zone, we're currently one place closer to it.

I wonder, does Liverpool looking as rubbish as this detract at all from our wonderful semi-final performance?

It's laughable that Hull could possibly think they stand a chance of beating the might of Liverpool.

no, we genuinely played them off the park. Hull on the other hand have barely had to get out second gear because Liverpool have been horrendous. 100m on new players and they really are utterly gash.

Ultimately we shouldn't expect any help from anyone else. If we can't get to at least 38 points on our own we deserve to go down.

So we went into first gear and beat them.

But if they're that 'gash', then maybe it wasn't so heroic as we thought - it was just a bunch of good players beating a group of inferior players.
