I went to Millwall-Charlton today with my 9 yr old nephew. I was going to go to Fulham-brentford but bizarrely Fulham don't release/sell tickets on match day. So, we went to Millwall. great day but trust me, I've seen Charlton twice this season and they are trukt awful. We're not going to drop through the leagues. No, they're bad.

Did you see any trouble Peter?  IIRC they are both clubs' fiercest rivals.  I remember when we played Charlton down there in the sixties, the 'Dave Simmons RIP game' I think it was, when it all kicked off after the match.  I later learned that the Millwall fans had saved their money by not bothering to go to the match but, ambushed the Charlton fans on the way out.  I witnessed one poor bloke in his brand new Cortina just sitting there in it as they swarmed over it like ants, it was a near write-off after they'd finished.  I saw another nutter pull out a small toffee hammer and lay about him as though he'd been given a free day in Thorntons!  Strangely, I never heard of any of our lot getting involved.  Probably too busy celebrating getting a one-all draw in the pubs afterwards.

How do we rate our FA Cup chances now, then? Beat Liverpool so as to be humiliated in public by Arsenal?

Just back from a very pleasant couple of hours in the pub with my Liverpool-supporting brother-in-law and his Liverpool-supporting friend.

Lots of talk from them about how today's game bodes badly for the FA Cup final.
