The pitch at Anfield looks dreadful

If we were a good side we would have a chance at the cup with the money teams going out. No doubt another missed opportunity.
I know we're shit but let's til tomorrow before we called it a missed opportunity.

Back on topic, Palace must be happy with Pardew since he joined.

It will be the usual though with him. They will suddenly go about 10 games without a win, and then on a streak where they are unbeatable. Mind you, that sounds instantly preferable to having Lambert in charge

Cracking goals from Bradfurd

The fourth one particularly. Some real class and movement there. Hope Gabby was watching

I wonder if Mourinho shook hands before the final whistle today?

I bet he didn't go to the dressing room before the full time whistle

I can't remember a third round day like this. Chelsea, Citeh and Spurs out. Also Southampton and Swansea. Liverpool, Arsenal and united still not definitely through. I had two fivefolds on the cup today getting 1 out of 5 right on one and 2 out of 5 on the other. I would have been better off with a blindfold and a pin.

What about a fourth round day?  ;)

I stand by my original comment. I've never known a third round day like this. It is almost like there were only half as many teams as usual. ;)

Okay, you got me.

I lost count of the amount of times I heard excited references to a full house at the Sty today. WM, the Mail the Internet all droning on about it like they'd just sold out a 50k stadium and not that poxy 29k one in Small Heath. There must have been at least 5k Baggie fans there so all they had to was sell 24k to home fans.
What a small time outfit they truly are.

what a fucking astonishing day!!!

Ive never enjoyed the ironing so much listening to R5 at the same time.

Ive just watched the Bradford goals back three times. They are all really good especially the fourth. Just love the joy on the faces of the Bradford fans and Boro fans as all the goals were at the away end. That is football at its best and restores my faith in the great game

I would love to celebrate a goal from us!

I thought Jon Stead's was a belter too.

Very true.

I'll rephrase - three of the four Bradford goals were lovely.

Hmmm, the words "movement" and "Gabby" very close together there!

I confess I watched the Anti Villa game.
The first song I heard SOTV was around 3 mins.
Around 9 mins I heard "we hate VILLA more than you" as the game went on reference to us fell away.
Albion should have won it in the first half, in the second half the Albion were dreadful , real Pubic team hang on.
They played 2 ex Villa Goalies. Zigic came on to confirm how crap he is.
A bid for their young talent Grey (Gray) would not go amiss

Very similar to Benteke's at Chelsea last season

They've already turned down a £3 million bid for him from Bournemouth. We'd probably have to pay about £7 million, and we're saving that to entice Cleverley.
