If they ever changed the sharing formula or the collective bargaining for the television money, this league would be truly fucked.

That's what Liverpool want to do, or they can't compete financially where they think they ought to be. They want to be able to sell their overseas rights themselves.

Yep. However you'll never get 14 clubs voting for it as it would end up like Spain and most clubs realise it would just make it more unfair.
