One player leaving shouldn't cause this level of a disaster for Liverpool but combined with some truly abysmal signings it has. They are at sixes and sevens, and Rodgers looks utterly lost in how to address the decline.

Not I ever want Manure to win anything but I'd rather play them when they're on a good run than during an "Old Trafford crisis" period when we'd almost be favourites to beat them
