Depends on the context.

There's no such offence as 'non-deliberate handball', so on the above, any handball would be an automatic yellow card.

A couple of good games for Celtic against Barcelona where he saved a lot of shots, but didn't have to deal with any of the other goalkeeper duties? 

From what I've seen he's Scott Carson mk II. Decent shot stopper, but you're always waiting for a monumental cock-up to gift a goal.
