Agree. The Tottenham player may have exaggerated ludicrously, but if you're stupid enough to play into his hands you deserve to get sent off.

Yes kicked out so has to go if seen, but Verwanker gets away with a knee to the opponent and once again wanky spuds get a result. Wankers

I'm getting a little uncomfortable with referee's waving red cards about without actually seeing the incidents themselves, as with the Hull sending off yesterday. It was a yellow card and a talking to for both for me.

I would have booked him for the daft kick out and booked Vertongen for being an idiot.

Regarding that sending off, it all was all started by that cheating little rat faced, fucker, Mason. The same tosser who wound Benteke up. He had a sneaky kick out at the Hull player that was sent off,  and then scuttled away like the fucking coward shyster he is. How I cheered when he was viciously taken out later.

Ryan Mason, cheating wanker. Perfect fit for Spurs.

Last night on MOTD2, Phil Neville was talking about that kick out at Vertonghen and how he made so much of it, then trotted out something very close to the old "that's not something you see from English players" line.

Clearly he'd forgotten the bit the other week where Benteke touched (the English) Mason's face with all the force of an attendant mother delicately brushing some snot off a baby's face, causing him to immediately turn around and run directly towards the ref, holding his face.

Wanker.

I wish we'd bloody cheat a bit more. It's part of the game now. It's not nice but it does work. One of my highlights this season is still the way Senderos dealt with Balotelli at Anfield. He spent the whole game kicking him when the ref wasn't looking. It was dirty, but it was effective. Balotteli cut a very frustrated figure as he soon realised he would get no help from the ref.

And in the very next item, Tomkins and Barkley both clearly cheated in the same game.

Only just noticed this.

Even the Tarquin's protests are bourgeois middle-class.
Jesus. That pretty much in a nutshell perfectly sums up the Emirates. Ridiculous.

In the wake of the England band getting involved in stupid songs it seems as though we are not alone....

In fairness, it was a '98 Nuit St Georges which wasn't a great vintage - too much tannin and an over pronounced boysenberry nose. Too flinty as well
