I'm usually reasonably immune to the media hype around teams like ManU et al., but I fear this season I may explode.

I'd actually want Chelsea to win the title in preference. And that's a bad thing.
Chelsea I think will win. Plus I think Utd have already left themselves too much to do. There's already a 7 point gap. If they're lucky, Costa will get injured, because Chelsea now finally have the missing piece they lacked last season, and that's a top CF on his pomp.

This season though they have Remy as backup. He'll score plenty for them if he replaced Costa. Sadly I think Chavski will take some stopping this season. Which will cue much a massive Moaning One wankfest.

Redknapp is a useless twat

I don't like people who post on here and just sit on the fence. ;)

What business is Tony Fernandes in, which pays for his abysmal money wasting football club? In hope that I can rip him off beyond all imaginaing for personal gain, like every agent & manager & player in football.

I think he owns an airline.

It seems to be a season too far for Ferdinand and I thought that from the first game. Fair play to United for being four up after an hour but I don't think City or Chelsea will lose too much sleep over this one result.

Caulkner is also coming off the back of a bad season at Cardiff too. He didn't really live up to the hype. To get the best out of Rio you need someone who'll also do a bit of covering for Rio's lack of pace now. Terry still gets by because Cahill and the fullbacks help him out, and he can still throw in the odd showboating tackle and head all the high balls clear, and look commanding by pointing everywhere.

So far not only is Rio looking well shot at this level, but he's not getting help from the fullbacks or Caulker to paper over his cracks.

It was suggested we looked at him prior to signing Phil, but to be honest I never wanted him. Not at 35 after so many years of ravaging injuries. Phil hasn't always been the greatest player but he's in his prime. I don't see Rio playing on after this season. It's similar to when God had another season after leaving us. One season at Derby and then a handful of games at Sheff Utd. It was just a season too many. Happens to the best of them. He should have left us and called it a day to be fair. League Cup medal added to his collection, after a good season.

Only a couple of months ago a few on here were worried how good the QPR midfield was and that we were more likely to go down than they were. Their squad today looks shite, good work 'Arry! QPR, Burnley and the Bitters look like they are going to have a long old season.

Ouch. A deeply dreadful era for airline owners from Malaysia.

I was going to say Air Malaysia as in the the one that disappeared but I realised it was Air Asia, although he is from Malaysia. He had an F1 team as well which he sold. But I think he has another co-owner of QPR who is minted too. He tried to buy West Ham before Gold and Sullivan did.

There is never, ever, ever an acceptable situation where a chelsea league victory is preferable. (Well, maybe if it was a head to head with our dear neighbours, but that's so far into the realms of fantasy to barely merit a second thought).

I've got no idea why he went and signed Kranjcer again either. He'd been piss poor for them in the Championship.
