Is it me or is Wilshere an abysmal footballer? I don't think I've seen him play well.

He's not abysmal but nobody could live up to the fawning hero worship he's getting from the commentators, no matter what he does.

I like him as a player, I think he's brilliant at times for Arsenal and he's never had much of a chance for England.
