Unless City pick up 3 points against Liverpool it looks like it is between Spurs and Chelsea for the title whilst Villa are deep in the shit. Swansea are 2 points clear, typical Villa and makes Sundays game even more vital.

Ashley Young really is a massive thunderc**t.

I loved him when he played for us, but he was awful today, as were the whole team.

Yup me too, I wouldn't cross the road to piss on him if he was on fire these days.

it's his gobbiness (if that is even a word) that is so repulsive. He's not lived up the hype he came there with and that's down to him. He never cut the diving out of his game and he's gone from England regular (or close to it) to just a bit part club player who swears a lot.

This season is just a never-ending agony. I can't wait for the start of the cricket season, and a chance to rebuild.

There is a stat on the BBC live coverage that states Young has had three bookings for simulation since 2008. Funny as I thought he had that many for us, then I realised he had been a Manure for a few years under Fergie where refs used to forget their cards for the team in red.

I wish the season would end now, Joe Cole has been a disastrous signing.

1 point from 2 games vs Swansea and Sunderland. Top stuff Louis.
I wonder what words of wisdom van Ghoul will spout out today?
Has he dropped his pants to his players already?

Just watched Spurs QPR highlights. Dunne was embarrassing and subbed at HT.

Quote from: Van Der "He really has the" Gaal
"The only reason to give a penalty is when the opponent touches the leg of a player. Van Persie and Young were touched. Young lifted the ball across the opponent and he was touched by the opponent.

Hmmm, I wonder what his message will be if a Pen against Manure is given after a very good legal tackle like the Van Persie one or after a blatant dive like Youngs. At least with their manager they have a good chance of winning the "Bloody Whinger" trophy in competition with Moaninihio and Whinger.

Scratching around for something to watch and stumbled upon Portland Timbers v Seattle Sounders. Ridgewell playing for Portland, Obafemi Martins with a great goal for Seattle and you've also got the unusual sight of a bloke revving a chain saw trying to gee the home crowd up!!

Obafemi Martins still playing football?  He must be into his late 40s now.

he is and he's playing really quite well for Portland. Started recently alongside Henry for the MLS All Star team that just defeated Bayern Munich.
