Indeed, no home game for 5 years and made to play in Conf North with no financial assistance from the FA. Plans submitted for new ground development on old site, with improved flood defenses, but not yet approved. Club do well to stay at this level.

Just as an aside, why should Gloucester get financial assistance from the FA? And you are not made to play in Conf North, you choose to play in Conf North as is your right having been promoted to it.
If Gloucester get money to allow them to groundshare at a ground that allows them to continue to play at that level then every other club should get the same money surely? It's not our fault that you got flooded, we all have bills to pay.
