Should be worth a laugh.  Is this when Doug announces his shock return to Villa Park? :-X

At least Deadly attends the matches......unlike the absent landlord, Mr Charisma himself

Any chance you might change the record?

Because Villa first thinks it is. It's his opinion and those that knock Randy use his non-appearance at Villa Park - which is a fair stick to beat him with - as one of the things that they are not happy with.

As this is a thread about Ellis, comparing him being in attendance - probably because he has nothing else to do - at games whilst the current incumbent isn't seemingly interested in doing is fair game.

I wonder if the people who complain about Randy not turning up at VP would have the same complaint if they went for a meal at Jamies Italian in town and Jamie Oliver wasn't there in person.
And he lives closer to B'ham than Randy does.

Not quite the same though is it? Villa play on a Saturday afternoon mostly at specific times - once Sky have meddled around a bit - and you can plan your diary around when to turn up. Even once or twice. I've never been to KFC expcting the colonel to welcome me in.

I would only go to Jamie Oliver's franchise if I had a cast iron guarantee he wasn't there.

I went to McDonalds and Ronald was there, what a party.
