Know what? I fancy Cole to break into the England squad...for SoccerAid 2016.If we are restricted to free transfers, why on earth don't we go for Tom Ince? At least with him there's a resale value...a no lose gamble from where I see it. Or am I missing something??

I don't know what he's got left but you can see how all of this is playing out. It's like last season's policy never happened and we have taken a complete 180 turn. Crazyyes that is a bit worrying, but if there is one manager about who wouldn't appreciate what Cole offers its Allardycewell that's the best I can come up with for nowHow's this - Hoolahan struggled to get into the Norwich team but he was pretty good when he played so maybe it'll be the same with Joe Cole.

We can't have our cake both ways. People have been crying out for experience and he has that. I'm not saying I'm jumping up for joy about it, but some of you moaning about him better not be the same ones that were asking for experience - someone will find your quotes

Cole's wages are money down the drain.
