The only point I would add is that when you click on the "Twenty's Plenty" link it doesn't take you to a page explaining about the campaign for capping away ticket prices at £20, it just goes to a more generic page expressing support for away fans' interests.

You might want to change that.

Great survey.

Found it very hard ranking investment in players/new manager/new board though. All occupy the same space for me.
