While this image shows what a lack of judgement they have about their performances this season, I think this comes from the manager telling them after each match how well they played, how hard they worked and he was proud of them. You can count on one hand the number of games where that was appropriate.

The ethos of the the squad all stems from the manager and what he instills in them. The Villa's season is a true reflection of the manager and his style of management, tactics and coaching, (if there is any).

Just hope we get someone who can set our pulses racing next season.

I have no issue with the players having a beer but taking and posting photos and looking like they are celebrating after yet another crap performance pisses me off. Doesn't look like they really care. If I did a shit job at work the last thing I would want to do is celebrate.
