20 defeats...  :-[
Thats another record for PL, most premiership defeats in a season for the club. god knows how he`ll ever recover as a manager from this, just carnage all round.

From his words looks like he knows it's over.
Now where are my rosary beads?

Fuck me that was horrible. I had hoped for a nice bit of end of term fun, maybe a bit of flair, maybe some nice little passing moves. Instead Lambert got out thought by Tim fucking Sherwood.

Lambert sat down most of the game and didn't come over to get a good booing at the end.

"We need a miracle! We need a miracle, we need a miracle!"

Never have I sung a song more apt at a Villa game.

A fitting end to a shite season.  Changes have gotta come, or we'll run out of luck sooner rather than later.  A small part of me feels sympathy for Lambert and that perhaps he might deserve a go under a new owner and bigger budget if it happens.  But then I remember things like the 4-0-6 formations against Bradford and others and numerous other the examples of monumental tactical, transfer and selection cluelessness, and I think nah time to fuck him off whatever happens.  And most of his sub-sub-standard signings can follow him out of the door too, the academy players can hardly be any worse.

Delph was excellent but he can't do it on his own. Special mention to Guzan for shielding the ball when he was clearly in pain, that's the kind of commitment we need. Everyone else was shit.

We need investment, otherwise we're 100% gone this time next year.

Some choice comments today from my wife as I get angry AGAIN on the weekend.

"Why dont you pick a good team next season? Put you in a better mood."
"Why does Prince William support losers? Does he get mad at Kate because they lose all the time?"

Thanks love.

We drew the last hour 0-0, an improvement.

This is a BIG week for us!
We either
1) get sold to someone who cares and sacks lambert
2) get told were up for sale but no buyers and lambert goes
Or
3) were up for sale, no buyers and lambert stays = were fucked

They couldn't possibly have been further from 'terrific' if they tried.

Totally agree, how on earth can PL think that, beyond belief?

"I've loved every minute of it " past tense

Surely that is correct if he was talking about the season as it's ended? Quite how he loved it is beyond me mind.
