Any guesses what Lambert will say to the lads at half time?

"You're on or own, I quit".

But they won't understand him.

Not watching but have to agree with Matt law's tweet: not sure I've seen a worse defender in the premier league this season than Nathan baker

He's just 100% undoubtedly not good enough

We really are a very very poor team. How can we beat the likes of Arsenal, Citeh and Chelsea and yet be SO bad the rest of the time

Thank God this season is nearly over. Spurs to win 5-0. Four years of shit. I hope the fans at the game let the world know how we are feeling.

This is hopeless. As soon as this season is done with we've got to do something about this bloody squad. Absolute tosh.
Guzan, Vlaar, Delph and Benteke are the only players you can safely call Premiership standard.

Gabby has been decent in the past but is in decline, but perhaps there's a faint glimmer of hope he'll be a squad player of use. N'Zogbia could possibly prove useful still, with a better manager in place who can get us attacking better. Okore could be decent. Clarks an okay backup. Givens worth keeping as a backup keeper. Kozaks an okay squad option. Albrightons done okay but it may not be worth renewing to be honest.

Everyone else range from mediocre just piss poor. The sort of overhaul we need to do is major. For me, none of Baker, Lowton, KEA, Westwood, Bacuna, Tonev, Sylla, Bowery, Weimann, Bennett or Luna are good enough and never will be.

The sooner we acknowledge this transfer policy has been a disaster the better. We need new ownership. We need new management. I can't take another year of this shite.

For God sake, take Baker off. Worst Villa defender ever?

Pretty close, and I've seen plenty.

Ray Walker may just shade it I feel

Gotta love the gallows humour of the Villa fans who are at the game.

You have to do something to take your mind off the game but full credit to them!

Sunderland said they needed a miracle to stay up and got it , I would suggest 2 miracles happened because how we stayed up is beyond me.We are utter shit.

Also as I suspect mr Lambert will be departing I thank him for already starting a new bomb squad ..Tonev / Helenius and Luna ...
