"We then lost a poor goal. That second was a major turning point. It was a great finish but it was an error on our part.

"There wasn't much too much in it at that time. The second goal was the turning point though.

"The third goal took the wind out of our sails. The fourth goal was disappointing"

There's something quite amusing about that! It puts me in mind of the 'What have the Romans ever done for us?' sketch.

Agree, I laughed out loud at that bit.  Then I felt depressed

Why do we play with a high defensive line, when both central defenders are as slow as fuck?

Why does Guzan give the ball to Vlar when there are players around him?

Why do we have players on the line to stop a shot but 2/3 attackers left unmaked?

Shocking decision by the ref for the 4th.

Swansea created nothing but we defended no better than schoolboys. We may well scrape our way to safety but if anyone thinks this team needs just a few quality additions is sadly wrong.

Lambert, who I have some sympathy for, is a dead man walking, whatever the outcome of the next 3 weeks.

Yeah it was the fourth goal that was the disappointing one.  There was no way back after that.

Fair play to the fans. The players and manager can fuck off.

It was for me.

I had 2 quid on Bony first scorer and final score 3-1 at 35/1

The useless bastards even managed to fuck that up for me.

My brother in law is a Hull fan and was at their match at Fulham today.

We exchanged texts through the game and after.

During the game, he was telling me that Hull were truly awful. When they equalised he told me he genuinely could not believe they had a point from that match and said "we are absolutely there for the taking on the road, especially in the first half of matches, and especially when we concede".

So that's t least a bit hopeful.

He also said they were so desperate, they had five strikers on the pitch for the last ten minutes. I nodded respectfully out of recognition of having observed such desperation myself on occasion.

Irrespective of what went before, it was a shocking decision.

Sounds like 0-0 then, which may be enough.
