a bit strong -  and isn't all this a bit  damned if you do, damned if you don't ? We spent years castigating a chairman who made Howard Hughes look talkative and now we're moaning about the good doctor being too chatty. Let's cut him some slack ; I'm sure the twitter novelty will wear off soon.

Isn't the answer to this that there are numerous points on the scale between Howard Hughes and Too Chatty which he could have opted for?

This Twitter diorreah isn't really very Villa.

I'm a bit uncomfortable with all the tweeting from our Dr X, Its great to have contact with an owner at last but would rather he made measured regular statements via the official website, think most of us would be happy with that, I also feel that at some point some of the tweeting will undermine and upset RDM in some way and thats the last thing we need right now.

I think it's excellent*, and should provide lots of "popcorn" moments as the season progresses.

*I obviously reserve the right to think it's shit and that he's a tosser at a later date.

I find it very entertaining* and a welcome change from owner invisibility.

*Of course I reserve the right to refer to it as cringeworthy at a later date.

It should be clear to most posters that he is not going to stop anytime soon, and if anything is building up momentum. Might as well go along with the ride.

As often is the case, a musical interlude screams out for inclusion.

It's mildly amusing and it's been years since Villa have made me smile, so bring it on!

I'm not too bothered about it now, but I am a bit worried by what it may come to during a season. If Villa have a bad loss and Dr X gets trolled as a result and then decides to bite back things may get a bit ugly.

I literally bumped into Iain Dowie at Ryton Pools Country Park when he was at Coventry ; it was like coming face to face with Shrek.

Agree, that's exactly what will happen, can see it a mile off.

Intense? Both whacking one off staring at a big green monster would be intense.

Seriously though I hope you had no children with you.
